Also observed worn gasket which allowed drips to seep form door while running. Technician explained that repair was expensive and likely to not be approved by warranty company. Next day I followed up with call to investigate status of claim.

The service company the warranty company provided us was absolutely terrible. They were hard to get in touch with and the technicians were not qualified.
